When a child's profile is marked inactive & you sent bulk emails to only active families the past families are still receiving statements!
We are having many past families contact us advising they still receive statements - some families have left 2 years ago.
I have followed up with the support team and they have advised to always remove parent emails once a child ceases care - this adds more admin.
When a child is marked inactive the statements should not be sent if there is no active children linked to the profile.

Could you please create the ability to make families inactive within our system. I know we can make children inactive once they've left, but not the parent/care-giver. It would be very helpful not to have all these past parents come up on reports when needing to look at family details. Thanks

Yes definitely! We often have families who complete the enrolment form more than once by mistake not being able to archive or delete the profile (we link them to a demo parent instead) is frustrating.
