When a child's profile is marked inactive & you sent bulk emails to only active families the past families are still receiving statements!
We are having many past families contact us advising they still receive statements - some families have left 2 years ago.
I have followed up with the support team and they have advised to always remove parent emails once a child ceases care - this adds more admin.
When a child is marked inactive the statements should not be sent if there is no active children linked to the profile.
