Please can we update the playground app to allow parents when doing observations to receive the full 16 photos via their phones rather than having to access a computer . In this day and age everyone uses phones so it would be a great improvement and much easier if they can receive and view all 16 photos we send them via their phones please .

Totally support this request. Why does the app have limits for photos? Storypark doesn't! Also, if the centre and parents want it, why can't they download photos? Most centres/preschools these days request that parents sign authorisation forms for their children to be photographed.

yes please! this is a time waster for educators having to upload 4 photos at a time so that families can utilise the app to it potential rather than logging in to different systems. it wastes educators time if they are uploading and families arent receving them

Our new parent app called Xplor Home will feature an improved Learning experience which includes the ability to see all the media items that are attached to an Observation.
We will shortly be sharing our Beta program for Xplor Home where you will be able to test the app before it is released to the public.

Albert - Xplor: There are more photos under Xplor Home. BUT the parents CANNOT download them even when the center allow the permission to do so!

This probably won't happen. Mark has said numerous time that Home is supposed to be released in September, I doubt they'll be doing any work to Care as it's nearly the end of July
