Whats the point of having public notes on nappy changes or meals if parents cant see them? This is a quick and easy way to make parents away of a nappy rash noticed etc but it is not accessible to parents who need it most.

On the Xplor Home app, parents are now able to see all Public Notes written by Educators on Playground.

OSHC: Hi OSHC, notes should be displaying on the health record as in the attached screenshot. If you are not able to see it, can you please send an email with further details: 1) Name of the affected child 2) Parent account 3) Time and Date of Health Record. Email: albert@myxplor.com

Hi Megan!
Unfortunately, the Xplor Care app will not be able to see the public notes that are written. 
However, our new parent app called Xplor Home will feature an improved Health experience which includes the ability to see public notes written on Playground. We will shortly be sharing our Beta program for Xplor Home where you will be able to test the app before it is released to the public.

Megan Jones: Hey Megan, the Home App beta program will begin next month. We will shortly be releasing an application form if you'd like to participate. Initially, we will be testing the app with a small group of parents which will be expanded over the coming months.
