This is a brilliant idea as we are so busy when parents arrive we don't always have the time to chase them out. If they can't sign in as they need to acknowledge the incident form this would be extremely helpful.
The same applies for the CWA trying to get parents to sign this is also difficult but if they had to do it to enable them to sign out it would happen.

Hi,
Thank you for your valuable feedback.

Great idea. I had submitted a similar request due to parents signing their children out before collecting them (its easier for the parent to do this without the children than with them I find). By doing this, they then cannot sign the incident forms. A better idea if they arent allowed to sign the forms when they receive it through their apps, at least then they can get a message when they try to sign their child out to please sign the incident form first and then they will be allowed to sign their child out - the app could then redirect them straight to the signature required area, which they could sign and then sign their child out.
