It would be great if you had a feature where a nominated person was able to access learning observations only. For instance, a family with court orders in place where the other parent is allowed access to learning observations only but not to be able to sign in/out. This would save the educators a lot of time of having to send individual emails of observations. A feature where admin can check or uncheck permissions on the child enrolment form so that they can still create an account in order to view this.

It would be fabulous for xplor guests, often grandparents and uncles and aunties, to be able to see a child's learning as well.

We used to have this ability with a previous system. Have had a number of grandparents comment that they enjoy seeing the child's pictures throughout their day.

Perhaps it can be option for parents to consent when adding an xplorer.

We have just gone live and a lot of parents want to be able to share their childrens learning and photos with family members. This is particularly important where in the current climate of Coronavirus - they may not be able to visit family. We can add these additional people as Guardians but 1. this should not be necessary as they have a lot more to see as a guardian (like bookings etc) and 2. parents should be able to do this themselves.

TO ADD FAMILY MEMBERS TO VIEW THE LEARNING TAB OF A CHILD - I.E GRANDPARENTS, AUNTS, ETC

I have had a few parents request for family members to be able to view their child's learning and observations.

So family members can see the childrens photos, we shouldn't have to set them up as a "parent/guardian" as they can then see confidential information, when all they want to see is pictures etc When the educators need to call the parents, they get mixed up as there is so many "parents" added and I have had educators call the other family members rather than just the parents who should be only listed as parents.
