Parent & Emergency Contacts Report per room rather than centre wide. It would be good to be able to give each room their individual parent contact reports rather than whole centre or having to cut and paste to individualise it

It's essential that we have a record of emails sent via Xplor, and also read receipts. I've just been told that this doesn't exist! We send out fortnightly statements, but have no way to know if they are being received.

When a fee increase applies to all families - a way to issue a bulk CWA update to all active families

We would love to be able to pull up a report of the enrolment end dates so we can ensure we complete all tasks required for when children leave.

The ability to input the Vacation Care program into the booking system so that when families book, the VC days activity name and set fee for the day appears in the calendar. As each day is costed and charged differently this process would alleviate significant admin work in constant fee adjustments.

Being able to download the roll book summary report by grade too, not only by rooms

Please have office available as an app so Admins or the Supervisors can have access to office.

It would be useful to have fever monitoring as a health event in the app

It would be great if parents were warned that their Child's Vaccination is expiring and let them have the ability to upload their updated Vaccination Certificate. It would help a lot of parent stop receiving CCS and reduce the administrative burden on us all. Thanks

Posts made on the comms centre should pop up on the parent app over everything else when the app is opened (a bit like the hub messages) so parents are forced to see the messages. LOTS of parents are not reading or seeing messages being sent. there is no point having admin messages sent through here if they are being ignored or not seen.
