Set it up so families cant skip the direct debit form/set up

When a fee increase applies to a service it would be great if there was a way we can bulk send out CWA forms the the families rather then spending so much time individually sending each one.

Currently the incident reports only request a signature from the author and a witness. There needs to be a section that asks if a nominated supervisor or an approved provider has been notified. There should also be a spot for the director to sign off and then it is released to the families.

Currently Xplor/ playground don't have the option to add educators in parent communication (without adding them as fake parent which create the issues of having lots of extra fake children in Master Roll) which creates extra work to communicate with each educator separately for any upcoming event . I believe all other parent communication software such as StoryPark etc. have this feature for efficient communication both with parent and educators at same time. We like to see this feature has been added soon.

An option to have parents submit or write notes once they have signed an incident report.

Often multiple children will move up to the next room at the same time. The restriction of 1000 sessions makes this a very long process as you can only do 1 - 2 children at a time. It also takes a very long time to oad between ecah child. There needs to be an easier way to move multiple children at once.

Add an area in enrolment to update medication, expiry, communication plan and authorisation to administer which can be on the quick medical list report.

I would like to be able to audit Centres to ensure that when a child changes days that a new CWA has been completed to reflect the amended bookings.
