Xplor Feature Requests

It would be very helpful if staff could view the weekly roll for their room, we provide casual bookings when other children are on holidays or absent, educators need to be able to check bookings in advance for planning, beds etc and verbal reminders often get forgotten when your busy looking after children and as rolls can change often and at short notice printing can be a costly option.

It would be helpful for a notification to be received both in office & playgroup app to alert staff to the change for that particular child.

When an allergy is put in the allergies field in xplor the red heart icon appears in playground however if a 'Medical Condition' (e.g. Epilepsy) is noted in the 'Medical Conditions' field in xplor profile this does not result in the red heart icon (or a different icon/symbol) appearing on the child's profile in Playground. Note a request was opened in 2019 titled 'Improved Health/Medical Management in Playground' and has since been completed - however the health/medical tag/icon hasn't fully been actioned as not picking up on the 'Medical Condition' field or 'Prescribed Medications' field.

Admin contacted support and provided a feedback that the statement of entitlement should show the day to day actual CCS payments to avoid confusion instead of just the amount of entitlement only and not being backdated if and when the actual CCS payment is different from what they are entitled to receive. Admin said that it creates a lot of confusion with the parents and admins/services are having a hard time to explain to the parents the actual CCS payment when the statement of entitlement shows a different amount.

A regular request, Xplor! Please implement and make our lives easier! We need a reminder to parents, and the list needs to stay CURRENT until we tick those children off.

Can you please add spell check in to Playground both the web and app.

An undo button for educators to click back when they've made any errors eg. accidentally deleted a section etc.

Admin left a feedback that CCS session breakdown should update and should reflect the actual CCS payments once received to avoid confusion, instead of showing the amount that they are entitled to receive.

Something needs to be done about the CCS estimates. Every week when the system calculates our family payments, when the actual CCS updates on a Monday the payments are out and I need to manually adjust every one of the scheduled payments as it's not done automatically because the payment increases. I know sometimes there is a difference of a few cents to a couple of dollars due to rounding but we consistently have families balance differ by over $10 and sometimes as much as $30-$40. This cannot be due to rounding and cannot be a family Centrelink issue as it happens with almost all of our families. Last week I worked out the CCS estimate myself and the system clearly had it wrong so calculate the weekly payment as the wrong amount.
