A live dashboard that displays a list of children signed in, the assigned room and allergens / health conditions in a single pane for kitchen staff to confirm any allergens at a glance.

During the process of re-enrolling families we have come across many families who have listed an Emergency Contact but have not ticked the 'Emergency Contact' icon. As all nominees may not need to be an Emergency Contact, but only authorised to collect for example would it be better to call these contacts to be called 'Authorised Nominees' instead?

There should be a feature to automatically turn off access to Xplor to educators after hours. This would assist with a better work life balance and promote a child safe culture in line with new/current recommendations from the New Model Code around access to images and videos of children.

We are trying to enter contacts for a child and the email address has not been provided as the parent just wants the person to use their mobile number and has also said that if she gets the email address from the family members they only have the one email but there are two contacts that she is giving permission to from this household. How does this work? Why cant contacts be entered without email address? With email addresses being spammed and security breeches being advertised every week on the news, contacts are reluctant to give over this information when they don’t understand the need. I dont understand either, should be able to use their mobile number and pin to sign children in and out.

Could you please make a way for the educators to view the weekly roll for the room through the Playground app and view any last-minute casual bookings etc.

At present we can print off emergency contat lists but all the children come up, it would be extremely helpful to be albe to print room by room. This would save hours trying to adjust for the rooms.
