Financials for second parent
The second parent needs to be able to see the financials and be able to pay as sometimes they are person who pays the fees. If the parents are not together it makes this very difficult.
Comms Centre Email FROM
Can emails that are sent out from the Comms Post option please be sent by the Centre and not Xplor (parents are less likely to read emails that don't have our centre name)
Having an App for "office" to be used on an ipad (after hours for example)
Is it possible to have an Office app? Sometimes when trying to book children into a casual day via Office on an ipad for example, the formatting of the page skews. This is the same for the Government enrollments tab where parts of the screen are covered by others Thank you
Closing off rolls
Can we have the ability to close off a roll for a day e.g public holidays etc instead of having to delete bookings for that day! Also the ability to close off pupil free day roll/ vacation care rolls during the term
Option to not notify contact when removed to protect families at risk
Currently when someone requests to remove a contact, the contact receives notification that they have been removed. In the case where a parent is removing a contact due to DV or another risk issue, there is no option to stop the person being removed from being notified. This can put the parent in an unsafe situation as it may aggravate the person being removed. We would like to see an option to be able to remove a contact without them receiving notification.
End CCS enrolment when child ceases care
It would be good if CCS enrolments could be automatically ceased at the same time the enrolment for care officially ends (and the child becomes inactive). This would save having to search for current CCS enrolments linked to inactive children. Waiting for 14 weeks for the enrolment to automatically cease causes issues with CCS debts being raised well after the family has left.

Incident Report to attached to Child's Profile
Once an incident report has been signed by a parent on Playground, the signed copy should automatically be saved to the child's profile. At the moment, it's not possible to even email the signed copy which I believe is against compliance regulations (don't quote me on that fact). It would be great to have a incident report tab on the child's profile page. Thanks in advance. Ali
Payments Inactive Child Profile
I have been informed by support that children must remain active for Debit Success to continue to take payments. There are a couple of reasons why this should not be the case but the priority one for me is that if a child does not have a current completed enrolment form they should not be active. If there is still an amount owing then payments should continue.
