not all grandparents have emails. would be beneficial to allow guest to just sign in through their mobile numbers and pin code only

It would great if staff could run the parent/child details report and for it to include any court/parenting orders for children at the service. Currently staff are only aware of a court order if they go into each child's profiles and look at their attachments for a court order. If the child could then also have a symbol next to their name on the roll, similar to the dietary and medical symbols, that would assist staff in keeping those children safe.

Posts made on the comms centre should pop up on the parent app over everything else when the app is opened (a bit like the hub messages) so parents are forced to see the messages. LOTS of parents are not reading or seeing messages being sent. there is no point having admin messages sent through here if they are being ignored or not seen.

It is fantastic to be able to filter through the master roll but it would be fantastic if we could see an option to filter no public photos and court orders :)

In Qikkids, users couldn't input a received payment date beyond today. However, in Xplor, it's possible to do so accidentally, which might go unnoticed and require re-entering the payment. Please lock the received payment date field so users can't select a date after the current day.

It would be very useful to be able to print a list of the children on a particular day and group. For example: the prep children in after school care on Monday.

We are using Canvas for making a “mind map” style program with posts dragged and dropped into different categories — and it’s great! But we have to display this in the room and printing is a nightmare. It would be great if we had printing options, such as being able to change from portrait to landscape, able to print on A3 size, and maybe limiting the space we can use in Canvas to a printing space. That is, if we go to print it, print ALL of it — right now I’m having to move it around, save that as a PDF, move it around to get the rest of it, save that as a second PDF, then print the PDFs separately… for January I had to create 4 different pages but it all easily would have fit on an A3. It would be great if Canvas acted as a single document that would print as many pages as needed with one click.

We really want a feature on incident reports where a responsible person or nominated superior has to sign as well as a witness before the report can be finalised

In Qikkids we had the ability to set the amount per minute late as the late fee. This meant we didn't have to go through and manually check each week who attends outside of their set hours. If we can automate this and allow a five minute grace period on either side of the family's session times then it would be a much smoother exercise to audit and hold family's accountable for attending in their sessions.
