Can the master roll show children who have been signed out for the day, rather than just children who have attended the service.

Timesheet/rostering sign in
Timesheets do not comply with the regulations. Timesheets need to reflect who is on the floor and what position they are in real time. It needs to record lunch breaks and when staff move between rooms as well as the responsible person and educational leader. This should be bought up to date to coincide with the regulations as every visit from the department staff sign ins, breaks in real time and who is the responsible person and educational leader for that day are requested. The rostering system at the moment can not be used for compliance and is not very useful at the moment. Please add these issues to the program to make it a one stop app for childcare providers.

More fields in visitor log that align with the new workers register
can we please have more fields added in the visitor log eg: Children's check card or state specific acronym, email, DOB, address, this will help assist with uploading the information into the new Workers Register as you can export the data.

The ability to run a report which include CCS, Gap fee & kinder discount by room by week. Qik kids offers this feature but Xplor doesnt. It only does it by service level and wont include kinder discounts. I have to use 3 different reports and manually generate one report. the system should have buttons for which information you want to be able to generate a report.

Master Roll: Daily Roll Printing
It would be very useful to be able to print a list of the children on a particular day and group. For example: the prep children in after school care on Monday.

PIN Reset
Why are we not able to reset someone's PIN, but we can reset a password? If we ask parents / Hub Guests to contact Xplor support to reset a PIN they generally don't do this as it's too much effort. It would solve many issues if we had the ability to send a reset to them instead.

All reports should be visable immediately on screen, you should then be able to make the choice to send to email.

Rostering: Half day leave option
Option to have annual leave or sick leave for a morning or afternoon shift for oshc services

Rostering and vacant shifts
We need to be able to have a vacant shift so we can see what still needs to be filled. If there was a template then this would be useful on a template of a core/master roster.

Rostering: Bulk delete shifts
We should be able to bulk delete shifts either on the Roster Calendar or on the Timesheets (by day or by educator and by the whole week). Specially in case a whole week of shift is copied to the wrong location and need to be erased, or the educator needs to swap their shift with another educator through the whole week. It takes for ever to do this shift by shift, educator by educator.
