Xplor Feature Requests

Ability for Directors to amend errors in the enrolment forms at the service, without the need to use the families link that they receive via email. This can assist families from Cald background who do not have access to the email link. Details such as family, emergency and GP information currently do not get added to their enrolment form when we edit on the office website. Therefore, the enrolment form is non compliant for the Department of education

It would be great if parents have the option to enroll multiple children on the one form, to assist families with more than one child

When we are accepting notifications, could there be a space that shows us the booking information for the requested room, in the request a space box, when accepting the booking? (How many are currently booked in and how many absences). At the moment we have been checking the master roll for these bookings to ensure the current numbers. As we have 20 different services to look after with multiple rooms, this feature would save us time and be another failsafe, so we do not go over our limit.

There should be a feature to automatically turn off access to Xplor to educators after hours. This would assist with a better work life balance and promote a child safe culture in line with new/current recommendations from the New Model Code around access to images and videos of children.

When a non-parent, such as a step-parent signs a child in and out a notification is sent to the other parents that 'Parent NAME' signed in CHILD NAME. This can be very upsetting to families in a high conflict situation. The step-parent is listed as such but the notifications still say Parent. This causes a lot of issues for services and families. If the term Carer or Authorised Person was used instead it would be very helpful.

Can emails that are sent out from the Comms Post option please be sent by the Centre and not Xplor (parents are less likely to read emails that don't have our centre name)

Would be useful to be able to run a report of current expired attachments. The widget is great but if it gets past the 7 days the expired attachment no longer shows up in the widget It's not always possible to action and receive the updated document in the widget timeframe, and to find those that have expired and no longer showing on the widget is an extremely lengthy manual process checking every single record for an expired attachment. It would save a considerable amount of time to run an report in these circumstances

Some families forget to sign in and/or out. It would be great to be able to do a bulk sign in or out on the master roll when these are missed. Not all of our educators have access to Office or the App and it needs to be done the day after by management. The ability to do it in bulk would be beneficial.

When you need to make a Primary Carer Change because the other parent becomes the CRN holder etc. allow you to select the change and Xplor transfer the required financials extra in the background
