Xplor Feature Requests

It would be great if there was some type of alert for children who have reached their allowable absent days without having to go searching due to higher fees etc.

Is it possible to add a counter to the Financial Adjustment screen to display the total number of students selected when doing a bulk charge/credit. This will allow users to verify their selection before processing, reducing the need to manually count students and helping prevent errors.

It would make it much easier for Administration to mark Additional absences on the roll if there was an absence count on the finance tab (where fees and CCS show) for each child in the Master Roll

Just need an already created excursion form for simple once a year excursions to art galleries or libraries. Not a transport form which it can be confused with. This is required for service approval interview.

To be able to make attachments INACTIVE when a child enrolment is marked INACTIVE as there are so many pages and pages of inactive children with attachments listed as active

Posts made on the comms centre should pop up on the parent app over everything else when the app is opened (a bit like the hub messages) so parents are forced to see the messages. LOTS of parents are not reading or seeing messages being sent. there is no point having admin messages sent through here if they are being ignored or not seen.

This gives greater fraud clarity.

We have an issue where Xplor(Childcare system) send a report link via email where clicking the link should download the report When we are clicking the link via Outlook Desktop, its redirecting us to a page where it says "Bad Request" but when we are opening the link from same email via Outlook Web, it downloads the report with no issues Please note that our IT found that the links sent by Xplor is using nested encoded parameters which is causing this. Is there any chance Xplor reporting can generate simpler links without nested encoded parameters.

We would like to see a space on Xplor where we have a hub to communicate with the educators in our services
