Can parents please sign incident reports from their end! Would be a game changer!

Ability for parents to update addresses / personal information within the app.

We've had issues with parents using a new enrolment forms instead of a re-enrolment form which has created duplicate children. Would be great to be able to delete children or even archive so they can't be found when you search for that child.

If parents could sign digital forms allowing their children to not only participate in extra curricular activities but also incursions and excursions at the service

The option for families to add a 2nd email address in to receive statments as well. Or and option for the primary carer to allow the 2nd parent access to see statemnets on their app and access pay now. We have a number of families that the 2nd parent pays the bill.

The second parent needs to be able to see the financials and be able to pay as sometimes they are person who pays the fees. If the parents are not together it makes this very difficult.

Grandparents don't have email addresses and sometimes people just don't want to give their emails. But this should not stop family members from picking up the child, we just need to register their name, address, phone number, and verify their ID. What does having an email address have anything to do with picking up a child?

It would be great if we could add Hub Guests upon request from the families.

It would be great to have a feature that sends parents a notification at a certain time (maybe 9:30 or 10am) to let them know their child hasnt been signed in. This is for safety reasons and puts the responsibility onto the parents to make sure they sign their children in.
