It would be great if parents were warned that their Child's Vaccination is expiring and let them have the ability to upload their updated Vaccination Certificate. It would help a lot of parent stop receiving CCS and reduce the administrative burden on us all. Thanks

Primary carers have requested why their partner (secondary carer) does not have access to the Finance section in the home app. This would be a useful feature to allow secondary carers who pay the household bills, to be able to make payments to the account for their child's fees.

If parents could sign digital forms allowing their children to not only participate in extra curricular activities but also incursions and excursions at the service

Ability for parents to update addresses / personal information within the app.

Typing the password, then repeating is very tricky on some mobile devices, with older users and chubbier fingers. Would be great to be able to tick the 'eye' on a mobile device, to see the password you've entered, and ensure it is what you thought you entered!

As an OSHC we used to charge a Term at a time and Families were able to pay accounts in full in advance, this also worked for Vacation Care bookings where Families can pay their holiday balances before the holidays. Being able to see a maximum of 2 weeks in advance is not enough. Dating statement to the end of a Term do not show Families their balances :/

It would be great to be able to turn off the option for holiday request in the app. We sometimes have parents use that option rather than absence. If the holiday request is done last minute and we don't see it on the PC then we are phoning parents looking for children whereas the absence would automatically update the roll.

We have our cancellations settings set up and the function is working beautifully. Cancellations made inside the timeframe we've set are automatically marked absent and ones made with enough notice are completely removed. Unfortunately these same timeframes don't apply to the 'absence' function and so when parents use this, their bookings are just marked absent and are not removed if enough notice is given. Considering the cancellation feature does the exact same thing as the 'absent' feature, it's just more functional and adaptable to each Centre's policies, can the Absent feature just be removed completely please or an option given to disable it? We are looking at turning the instant absent feature off so that we can make sure bookings are removed if needed but obviously this presents its own issues (the reason why the instant absent feature was created :) ) Thank you!

We have two fees: Permanent (cheaper) and Casual. When a parent makes a recurring booking, they are required to select the Permanent fee. However, the Permanent fee is also appearing when a Casual booking is made, which could cause confusion. This needs to be addressed to ensure that the Permanent fee is only available for recurring bookings, and the Casual fee is shown for casual bookings.

Can parents please sign incident reports from their end! Would be a game changer!
