Ability for parents to update enrolment information.

It would be beneficial for families to have the capacity to update there enrolment information as changes occur throughout the year, in particular in relation to permissions, health status of a child and authorised nominees as these are regular items to change for families. A notification back to the service when a change has been made by the family would be beneficial to track updates.

Oh this would be great for all information. If anything is updated then it notify the centre.

Yes please, especially dietary/medical updates which are then flagged at the Centre once updated.

To be able to view and update parent permissions in their parent profile the same way you are able to with Emergency Contacts. Currently the parent permissions are only visible on the enrolment form and nowhere else in Xplor Office - if parents miss a check or change their mind about any parent/guardian profile it would be good to be able to see and update this as required.

Hello, is this post 'in roadwork' or 'complete' at this stage. I 100% agree with comments toward the end of thread that request families to be able to make changes/update their child's enrolment via Home App. The current re-enrolment feature is not ideal and does not give parents/families any empowerment to complete updates whenever is most convenient for them.

It would be great if there was a function that every twelve months there is a requirement for families to receive a prompt which asks them to review and confirm their personal details, emergency contacts, medical information etc. to ensure records remain up to date. This prompt could have a check box to say "i have reviewed our information and made necessary changes and/or confirm there are no changes"
