Ability to filter roll by year level/ grade, as well as headcount’s and emergencies

We have a lot of families in defence which means that at times they are not to have their mobile phone on them. Due to this, we have been asked to call their work numbers in the event we can not reach them on their mobile. On the app, we are only to see the primary number, which generally is a mobile number. I'd like to suggest that you can see the mobile phone AND work/alternate number on the app as we are not always able to make our way to the computers to check this.

With the recent update, we’re back to not being able to quickly add meals/sleep for the child at the bottom of the list as the “add multiple” button covers the button we use to add, so instead you have to click on the child, new event, select the event you want — it’s a lot of clicking around. I remember this was a problem a while ago that got fixed could we please fix it again so all children have that quick add option?

Could we please have the resting feature reinstated to the new upgrade sleeping record set up that has recently been made to the sleep record which now has additional information being able to be recorded. The resting feature is very helpful for families to have an understanding that their child is resting, as other options listed do not apply. It was previously an option before being upgraded. Obviously a note can be made but it would be easier with a tick feature. Appreciate you looking at this. Thank you

It would be so helpful to have a clear displayed logo if a child is Anaphylactic or Asthmatic on the Playground app. There is currently a love heart, but this also appear if a child has a specific allergy or dietary requirement. Highlighting the risk for these children will support ensuring safety across the service.

Hi, we would like to have a space for parents to sign and give permission for medicines needed to be taken. This would allow us to go paper less. Currently, medicine paper forms are still used as playground has no feature to support children that need to take medicine and a space for parents to give permission. Thank you.

It would be really useful if when a parent signals that their child has a diagnosed medical condition or allergy, that they are prompted to upload their action plans there and then. If these documents were also able to be accessed by educators through the Playground app, this would also be very useful, particularly during emergency evacuations and excursions.

Incident reports to be made visible to parent upon signing out their children. Parents are requested to sign incident reports BEFORE signing out their child. Head Injury reports needed on app. Incident reports need to be categorized into rooms

Educators have requested that they be able to view future bookings on the Playground app so that they can do planning for future days around who is coming in.
