Xplor Feature Requests

We need to enter a medication event twice daily for a child who has ADHD and does not take 'Ritalin'. We have to type out the name of the medication manually twice a day. We would like to be able to enter this medication type as an option for the drop down box (editable for the service perhaps)

To have a Comms Section on the ‘playground app’ so educators/Directors/Nominated Supervisors etc can send out a bulk message to all families if they are away from a computer and unable to use the Xplor Admin Comms Section. Some examples of when this would be convenient is when the service is running late back from an Excursion, so families don’t start stressing and you don’t have to ring or message each individual family. If there was an emergency evacuation, lockdown etc you can let the families know the situation from a phone, iPad etc again if you’re away from the work computer and unable to use Xplor admin as letting families know is a part of a lot of services procedures.

Looking for a fix whereby when we bulk sign in we can search children's names and still select multiple at once

Have a section on the Child's Profile 'Summary Page' and an indication on the Child's Profile in Playground to show the Family Status with Centre notes. In Office - a radio button in the Basic Profile area of a Child's Profile (is there a family consideration Y/N) then a text box with the Centre's ability to add info if not generated automatically from enrolment details. In Playground - An icon on the child, the same as allegies, with the Centre's notes/enrolment notes appearing on the contact tab. This is important when contacting families to double check family circumstances. It could be notes about alternate care arrangements for custody reasons, who to contact first due to parent work restrictions or more detailed notes about specific circumstances.

It would be good to have a space for preferred contact number and preferred parent/carer to be contacted.

The educators log into the Planning and Program section via the Ipad app. They then look for a draft they have been working on by searching the child, when they try to access the draft, it doesn't always allow them to enter it, and they have to either clear the app or scroll through all the drafts to access the one they want. It would be good if they could enter the draft first go.

hello, we need access to a pre-fill medication form for parents on the playground app to say what medication they would like us to administer and when and to sign it to say they consent then for educators to sign after they administer. please and thank you for your time.

We would love the option to pin (bookmark) post but have this visable on the home app which families see. Our important posts are getting lost on the families end, so having the option to keep them up the top on the families home app would be ideal. Thank you!

Under the health section in the Xplor application, we would like to request for the team to add an "Edit button" for food entering for individual and multiples.

The ability to fill in a couple of fields (child/ren, actvity name, learning outcome) and have AI write the observation inlcuding next steps.
