Is it possible to have a function where you can undo something in Tables like Word does? For example: If the system glitched and deleted your work, you could have a function to go back and it replaces everything you did.

Sorting posts- Option to view posts i've done or in a room on a calendar to sort through dates easier/ find amongst centre posts

Can you put in a feature where you can add Google photos?

Ability for educators to view previous versions of a table once published, including drafts and reverse changes to protect from work being deleted and not being able to be recovered.

In playground when creating a table you should be able to merge cells but you cant which is very annoying. You should also have some basic excel formatting scuh as the paintbrush tool so you can copy the colour and formatting without having to remember which colour you used on the chart. Also, when clicking create to create a new document, table, canvas or post when in the choose layout screen there should be a search box here so you can look something up.

Under Creating an Incident Report have a selection for Behavioural incidents.

Can you please make it an option to have comments on or off for Documents and Tables. At the moment this option is only available for Posts. Thank you

the tables feature on the web needs an overall update. If a word is spelt incorrectly there is no spell check suggestions, often accidentally delete rows/columns due to this and there is no undo option. It is extremely hard to see what you have highlighted and the layout/words often jump around when bolded and the formatting is extremely hard to use. It overall feels very dated and needs to resemble current apps and documents that people use daily (e.g. pages and word)

I have discovered that there are some features that parents would like to see when they log in from a computer. Mainly these are to see routines (meals, sleep, nappy changes) and to be able to create a message to educators from the web as well. There are working parents who can not have their phones on them at all during the day due to the work they do so giving them access to these via the web version would be fantastic.

Incident reports in playground only show a total of 100. When trying to get a report for a whole year you have to go per service and then you also have to filter per month and add the month count yourself. Would be better if you could generate a report for the whole calendar year per service.
