Xplor Feature Requests

Educators programming have noticed that columns in the table sometimes delete unexpectedly, and currently there is no way to recover the lost information. This causes data loss and impacts program documentation and takes up valuable time to rewrite this information. Could we please add a 'recovery' or 'undo' button feature to retrieve deleted information if this happens? This would greatly improve usability and reduce the risk of losing important data.

Could a report be generated through a specific date range, of incidences that have occurred and the details so they could be analyzed, rather than having to download each report separately. This would allow services to easily see where there are issues that need addressing.

Our company has requested we now complete an IPL for every child, and we’re currently managing these using a table for each room. However, with the growing amount of documentation, it’s becoming challenging to quickly locate the main table when needed. Could we please have the option to pin a table to the top for easier access?

I think that a parent/guardian should have to confirm a sign-in or out by an educator BEFORE they are able to sign their child in/out again. Our previous software provider had this feature and we had hardly any parents "Forgetting". After all parents/guardians signing their child into and out of our care is a legal requirement.

It would be great if we could schedule posts in both playground and the comms centre.

Could we please add the feature to delete documentation instead of just archiving. Archiving is messy and sometimes a documentation is created by accident, and we would like to be able to delete it.

Looking to have the ability to add pictures and text underneath the pictures. (For example a blurb, then some pictures, some more paragraphs, more pictures etc) Ability to post more than 1 video per story. Photos to upload as they are selected, as they are selected in a specific order, but they upload randomly.

At current, admins must make each inactive child active again to view their incident reports. This is incredibly time consuming and does not align with legal requirements.

Visible likes, comments and views on documents, the same way you can see them on posts. We use documents to gather feedback from families and it is time consuming to open each document to check for comments.

The removal of 'spellcheck' on the Admin version of Xplor (and possibly iPads too) has made approving/writing posts etc very challenging. I have, conservatively, as many as 40 posts A DAY to read over and not everyone spells or punctuates correctly. The removal of that red wiggly line under words spelt wrong just adds so much time to my day. I have to rely on my own spelling prowess and read things very very carefully. The spellcheck feature used to exist and it was removed, PLEASE return it, for the sanity of all Ed leaders, 2IC's and coordinators Aus wide. Thanks.
