Ability to add longer videos
We often post videos as observations particularly for our special, themed days but we have a limit of just 30 seconds for videos? This is so limiting! Please can it be extended to 2 or 3 minutes?

Parents Communicating through Posts
Is there a way we could create a feature where parents can write a "post" of some sort to communicate with us on Xplor? It is hard for educators in the morning to stay on top of communications as the families send it through our centre email, which due to confidentiality reasons, staff don't have access to.

Reminder from previous day if they didn't sign out
If a parent/caregiver didnt sign the child out the previous evening and an Educator did it for them - can they they see this prior to signing in the next time e.g. before the current day is able to be sign in they must confirm that the child was in fact collected and signed out. They can just press 'ok' to confirm what was entered by the Educator or change the time if it was incorrect

Parent statements & CCS
The statement is difficult to read. When the CCS is paid, you can not tell which date it is being paid for and there is no pattern. It would be better to combine the session subsidy statement with the payments statement. The session subsidy statement is dated, in order and systemic. The way in which the statements are currently creates more work load due to endless questions regarding them. I probably spend 2 hours a day just trying to understand them for different people and unlock the problems and then communicate the issue to the family who have questioned me.

Sleep choices
Can we please have ‘rest’ added to the choices for sleep. Some children don’t sleep but will still lie on their bed and rest. Thanks

HUB GUESTS: Can parents be made hub guests for other families without needing to organise an alternative email address.
We are a small, close-knit OSHC. Parents used to be emergency contacts with permissions to pick up their friend's children, but currently requiring an additional, alternative email/profile is a barrier.

Parents being notified of children being marked absent
Parents SHOULD be notified via HOME App popup alert / phone pop up push notification if their child is marked as absent by the service / care provider. This is to support childrens safety. Even if the family has notifications turned on for marking absent, it only goes into the HOME app under bookings but no pop up alert or notification of any kind.

Private messaging to parents
You need an option to create a private chat to parents either as a group or individually. This would be used for many different things - reminders, questions, etc.
