Xplor Feature Requests

Xplor automatically recalculates scheduled payments each day to the lowest balance due which is great but there needs to be an option (either as an automatic process or a button to force it) to allow for the deduction of the total account balance. It is frustrating and time consuming when families pick up extra days, have late fees, excursions and other additional charges and you have to then manually adjust each individual account to ensure these fees are captured in the current week not the next week. A bulk recalculation or adjustment button would be amazing!

It would be awesome to have a button in the Scheduled payments section to be able to send a direct message to the families, rather then having to come out of scheduled payments to go into Comms Centre. :)

For transparency, when a direct debit payment is declined, the fee incurred should show on the parent statement along with the fee amount going back to to their balance. That way the true amount that will be collected on the next processing date is showing. It may also be a deterrent from allowing their fee to decline again.

Even through you can make the room capacity 0 over these periods. If you create a new reoccurring booking - they are still added to the days with 0 capacity over Public Holidays & Vacation Care days. There needs to be a way to completely close the room to all bookings including Casual Bookings Requests and Reoccurring Bookings during specific dates/time periods.

At OSHC we have activities that don't just happen in the morning or afternoon. So only having the ability to tag one would be great.

When adding dates to children going on holidays you then have to redo this to alter fees. So time consuming especially during the school holiday period. Is it possible to have this changed so that when we place the child on holidays you can immediately change the fees too.

We have a large number of services and when needing to send comms to all families, can take a long time to individually go to each service and send the comms. Would be great to have a 'bulk' comms centre for providers with multiple services

Be able to change text and font in planning rather than just heading types

The ability for parents to select multiple days when booking for vacation care and all days show in the cart. Parents are having to do this day by day and child by child which is frustrating for them and a lot of effort.

It would be handy if the administrator could add a notification for a child who wants a future casual day, so that you don't have to add the request to a separate calendar. Or even a calendar so that you could add it to that so that you can see at a glance if a family wants a casual day
