Xplor automatically recalculates scheduled payments each day to the lowest balance due which is great but there needs to be an option (either as an automatic process or a button to force it) to allow for the deduction of the total account balance. It is frustrating and time consuming when families pick up extra days, have late fees, excursions and other additional charges and you have to then manually adjust each individual account to ensure these fees are captured in the current week not the next week. A bulk recalculation or adjustment button would be amazing!
