1) When creating accounts (parent, educator or Hub Guest), you will always need a unique email address, as this is used as the identifier in Xplor's behind-the scenes, and probably won't change.
Here is a trick we use to allow parents to make a "new", unique email addresses (called an alias), without actually making a new email account: Gmail, Gsuite [used by many companies that have private sounding domains, such as @Xplor.com] and Hotmail email accounts can be rendered unique by adding +[anything] before the @, incoming emails will end up in the same inbox. Eg. test@gmail.com is the same as test+parent@gmail, but for Xplor it is considered unique. Other email platforms may have similar tricks.
Eg: Parent has an existing account with OtherCentre, using parent@gmail.com. For your centre, you can use parent+MyCentre@gmail.com. They will still receive all of the emails in their inbox, and now they have a separate account. They can use the same password during setup, so no need to remember a new password.

2) Then link the separate accounts using Xplor ID. This serves to allow a single set of log-in credentials on the HUB and the Xplor Home app for all accounts belonging to 1 person. Also, parents can then switch between different parent accounts (at different centres) in their app without needing to log out and back in.

We have the same problem as Nathan. I don't feel that adding these email addresses is a very professional response to this problem. You should have the ability o add them as a pick-up contact. Qikkids were able to do this and as far as i know you are the same company now?

Yes, I agree that they should fix this, but don't hold your breath. It is part of the roots of the system Xplor is built upon, so changing it will not be simple.
