Add the ability to add a note/flag that pops up during sign out.

Ability to add permanent notes such as meds to take home and temporary notes such as going home with this person or swimming bag to be collected.

Would also be good if any unsigned incident reports were also automatically flagged as well.

Staff get quite busy at the end of a day. I would love for families to be able to sign an incident form at the time of signing their child out. Maybe a notification on the system that wont let them sign out until the form is signed

Could there be a notification that comes up when the parent signs the child in reminding them that they have an incident form to sign.
