There should be ccs calculator as it used to be in Qikkids for new families for the admin team to calculate and inform them there gap fee as per there approved hours.

Yes this would be very useful! I'm just putting this out there to see if anyone else is having the same issue or if anyone knows the reason why - my CCS calculator which has been created through excel (and has always been very accurate) is suddenly not working for the under two price bracket. The other two full fee amounts are working fine though so it's very strange. Any help would be much appreciated as i rely on this for providing estimates for families in all rooms.

We are expecting a change in CCS for families with multiple children. will there be an update in the CCS calculator to factor these changes? also when is the calculator being embedded in the actual software?

YES , we moved over from QIKKIDS and this is the main feature we miss. Families want to know what their fees would be if they wanted to increase or decrease days or their percentage or activity hours change, PLEASE bring this in, its so embarrassing to say- we cant quote you.

as admin I want to be able to quote families their expected subsidy by entering hours approved and percentage. when we used QIKKIDS this was a great and reliable feature
