Carousel Nursery

Bulk edit bookings to holiday in order to blank out dates for holiday closure. This will help avoid bulk bookings for a year needing to be manually deleted for all closure dates. Alternatively have a feature tonite program a years closure dates in advance.

Can we have the ability to close off a roll for a day e.g public holidays etc instead of having to delete bookings for that day! Also the ability to close off pupil free day roll/ vacation care rolls during the term

I think these can be combined as the same request. This is a very important feature request as it has implications for Rostering. 
Providers who Roster outside of Xplor (e.g.: Ento) need to ensure the Rosters are being built of accurate data. 
If families can book Public Holidays, it creates issues downstream. Not to mention unnecessary administration overhead.

Block out Holiday Periods

I'd like to see the feature offered on other software where holiday periods can be blocked out in bulk, without having to manually delete bookings for public holidays or when services close over school holiday periods. This can be a time consuming task.

Agree. So frustrating when you delete all the bookings for a day only for a schedule to be changed and extra bookings generated for a day you've already cleared. Locking days off for complete closure (no bookings generate for the day) or for Vacation Care/Pupil Free Day/Full Day Care (no B&A bookings generate) would be fantastic!

Yes! Preschool is closed 12 weeks a year plus public holidays and we need to manually delete all bookings. Should be a way to select days the centre is not open

Totally agree - with qikids this option was available - time consuming to remove OSHC bookings- especially- the pupil free days- vac care when there is no before and after school care etc.
