allowing families to upload new immunization records to their child's profile. At the moment families can only attached a record on enrolment or re-enrolment. if a record expires part way through the year admin staff at the service need to manually upload new records. this is time consuming for those staff.

Agreed, as long as comes through to an administrator to confirm details, otherwise we may miss out important information

It would also be helpful if parents could also update their details, like photne numbers, adresses, etc.

Michaela Choice: And make adjustments on consents etc where they may have changed permissions for certain things on enrolment forms. These things can change with time and there is no way of editing it.
