It would be good to be able to include staff in the comms sent to families, especailly as we have a head office that sometimes sends out comms and they will ask local staff about it and we are like "what are you talking about?!" Our only saving grace at the moment is that we have some parent staff so they try to tell the rest of the team anything that comes through that the service leader hasn't already to the team.
