In an emergency, it is essential that we can quickly access and print a PDF version of "individual" children's emergency contact lists and medical information instead of excel spreadsheets of every child in the centre. This important information needs to be easily accessed to pass on to a medical team. The PDF version also does not print all medical information just emergency contacts.
