Hi everyone! Last Friday, Dec 10, we released updates to the parent statement (PDF only).
We have updated the "Session Summary" section of the parent statement to include absent sessions. There is now an additional column titled "Absence".
An interactive guide on how to read the statement here:

Absences recorded on fee statement

Can we please have absences recorded on the fee statement. so instead of "daily" it actually states "daily absent" when the child didn't attend. This will help families see when their child attended and when they were absent. It will also help highlight when absences have occurred at the beginning and end of care- therefore cessation of care may be applied early- and not months after the child has left

Yes totally agree, this is so confusing for parents and Accounts alike

Trying to look back and identify absent days for a parent in the statement means looking for a missing day in the session summary. Absent is not listed in the transaction list either. A single line with 'Absent' noted in the sign in time or even 0 hours under attendance hours would be appreciated.

Parents are so confused as to why they are being charged cessation of care for example. The statement should state those attendances that were 'absences'

yes I agree with this, as parents don't know why they may not have received subsidy for a particular week, especially when they go over the 42 absences
