create a report to run to see where the children's absent day entitlements are sitting and if they are close to 42 so we can notify parents.

Hi, you can access report- go to REPORTS, CCS Reports, Provider Level CCS, select a report- ENTITLEMENTS enter email address- when received you can identify the child via the CCS enrolment id -E ......enter number in Government enrolment CHILD details--

fully supported this idea, we have one family has gone over 42 days and we have no idea to notify them, this should easily be seen on Master rolls.
