Currently the monthly payment option on Xplor for the scheduled payments is not a true monthly deduction - it is drawn every 4 weeks, not on a set date each month.

It would be very helpful to have a true monthly payment option where a date can be set for the payment to be drawn each month. A lot of parents are paid monthly and want to set their payment to be in sync with when they are paid. So if they are paid on the 14th of each month, the deduction is drawn on the 15th of each month.

Currently, with the payment being drawn every 4 weeks, it gradually gets out of sync with each month that has 5 weeks.
