Add Payments to family Account without selecting child

In Add Payment, Administrators must select the child. This is confusing for families with multiple siblings, as on their statement it appears the payment is for one child (rather that the account). Would be good to have option to not select a specific child, or select both (like if family pays through Pay Now or Direct Debit, they don't need to specify one particular child)

Our service manually applies family payments. Not having to select a child to place the payment against will eliminate family queries and confusion.
