Please add 'Responsible Person' and 'Assistant Coordinator' as a contact type option in incident reports. At the moment we have to put them under 'Other' and that's just confusing for parents!

On reviewing the incident reports we were wanting to know if there is anyway we could have an option for nominated supervisor and responsible person signing section to be added. Allowing for Nominated supervisors to show they are aware of the incident/ illness.

We would like the feature like playground whereby permissions can be set that an incident report needs to be checked by a RP prior to being released to families via the app

Can we please add in 3 signatures, for an educator, a witness and a nominated supervisor to sign. Also can we have access to add notes after a parent signs so that if they go to the hospital we can adjust that

As nominated supervisor I would like to be able to sign incident reports after they have been completed

A space for management to sign and acknowledge.

Additional signature sections on incident forms for other Educators incl Nominated Supervisor. Currently only the author of the report and the witness to the incident can sign the report. These are usually the same person.

Also there is a discrepancy between the Playground app and web in terms of which reports are 'Unsigned'. On the app the ones without witness signatures show as unsigned but on the web, they show up as 'Signed'
