Adjustment to holidays and fees

When adding dates to children going on holidays you then have to redo this to alter fees. So time consuming especially during the school holiday period. Is it possible to have this changed so that when we place the child on holidays you can immediately change the fees too.

You can now assign fee types when setting up and editing fees, meaning that when changing the booking type, the fees can be easily changed too!

Yes and saves you missing discounting fees when policy dictates that is apart of process

Same for absences, we have an absence fee for absences notified 7 days in advance (we don't use holiday)

exactly very time consuming and why wouldn't it change the fee amount - you put on holidays for a holiday fee otherwise you would just mark as absent

Totally agree, should be linked together. Another item that is time consuming on Xplor

I agree. It is very clunky to have to alter bookings twice. It would be great to be able to have a fee associated with the holiday button that we can alter. So when someone is on holidays we can press this button and it will process both the absence and the change of fee. The current set-up is very time consuming.

This would also be helpful when adding Vacation Care bookings to be able to adjust the fees on the preview tab - time saver as we currently add the booking then go back and adjust the fees manually or in a bulk lot.
