The Expiring Attachments section on the dashboard - with the accompanying document you can export, only informs you of upcoming expiries.
Once the expiry date has passed, the notification disappears, and it is no longer viewable on the document as well.
When managing expired documents, they need to stay on the list until you personally remove them, so to avoid missing them.
At this stage, we have to have a seperate spreadsheet to track immunisations, as even if we have seen the upcoming expiry and reminded parents, we then need to track them in a spreadsheet until the new document has been submitted.
The Expiring Attachments list needs to include already expired documents, until they are manually removed, when the updated attachment has been complete.
