We would love the option to have a document similar to the incident report form on devices that parents/guardians can sign as acknowledgement of receipt from conversations and or incidences.

It would be great to be able to input behaviour incidents as we do for medical and toileting. 
Directly sent to parents, reducing paper and allowing us to have better acces to patterns of behaviour.  
I have been asking for this since 2019

Add a behavior tab alongside nappies, sleep etc. 
Allowing staff to complete behavior incidents straight away on the iPad they carry around. Sending out a notification to parents that they have a report to sign on collection of their child. 
The behaviors/ incidents to be available in playground for printing like the medical incidents.

being able to click other or non-medical for an incident form. we need at times need this document for behaviour or incidents that are non-medical and it would be good to be able to record this in a professional way and the same format.

We are still using your old school event sample observations methods and ABC obs. Be great to be able to track that data similar to nappy changes, bottle feeding and meals times. We have developed a support plan in documents but this is like a progress report, communication with parents and proof that we are being proactive to support them children.
