Can this feature please be updated? I constantly have parents letting me know that they aren't able to select the correct times they need. Could there just be the option to select the session they want (BSC, ASC or VAC?) when adding bookings to the cart, rather than putting in a time?

Mainly for OSHC service, when a parent requests a booking through the app, we would like them to be able to select what it’s for, eg: before or after school care or holiday club

Parents would like an easier option to book. They want to select the room i.e. morning care, after care, vacation care instead of selecting a time. Then selecting a date which could be highlighted or dragged to highlight multiple days.

Can we please have the option for families to select the specific room they would like to book into instead of picking a time range eg. Before or After School Care, Pupil Free Day or Vac. We are receiving incorrect bookings due to issues with time selections and this needs to be rectified.

And also have the option to remove the booking request as a option for parents. Always having issues with parents booking and then sending a booking request as they are confused. Less is more

to also not allow any more bookings to fall into that day/roll after the block has been made. E.g. you block the roll for school holidays and in between you get a new enrolment that you create a years worth of bookings for, the bookings that fall within school holiday dates that have been blocked don't save but all the others do.

Or block certain rooms on certain days. We are an OSHC and are open on some curriculum days but have a different "room" for that day so to be able to block our Before School Care and After School Care on those days would be beneficial.

Our service is new to Xplor and this is the main thing that I am having trouble with. We've had to turn off the request option so parents can choose which room to book (BSC/ASC/vac care) as if it is turned on and they select a time the system uses the default room, which isn't always what they need. We had our numbers almost one morning last week with bookings that we weren't made aware of.
