we would also like to see any paretn commentsd maintained on the booking after it is processed. Our parents write which session they want and this gets lost.

I agree - this would be really useful. Quite often families will book a casual day, it is approved instantly however still shows as a request. I am not sure why this is happening, but it sends a confusing message to families when we reject the booking to remove it from the requests.

Good afternoon ...
Parents receive a message that indicates that their Request has been rejected ... usually when they've submitted a booking request and I've archived it because it's been added to a Waiting List. This is causing so much confusion. Could a different response be forwarded when requests are removed?
