There was a time when parents were able to request bookings in bulk or mark Holidays or absences in bulk whichi could get approved in one click but now that feature does not seem to be there. If it has been taken off, can we reassign this feature as it is very helpful when making requests for multiple days during vacation care. Thank you.

Being able to do bookings for multiple children at the same time has been raised by a number of our parents using the parent app. For siblings that have the same bookings as each other, it is very time consuming to book one child in, go back in and do the same bookings again.

Please make booking multiple days possible. This would assist families booking mass days at once for eg. the dec - jan holiday program with large amounts of days. Please allow for multiple children to be booked at once also.

The Xplor Product team are conducting one-on-one interviews to better understand the way you manage parent/guardian booking requests from the Home app in Office. We're interested in understanding any pain points you experience throughout this process.
- Interviews will be held each day from Tuesday, Nov 8 - Wednesday, Nov 15.
- There are 30-45 minute timeslots between 1 pm - 5:30 pm AEST on these days.
