If you have a casual fee and that casual fee is added to a booking on the Master Roll, the purple casual pill will appear, allowing you to better distinguish between casual and recurring bookings.

The Xplor Product team are conducting one-on-one interviews to better understand the way you manage parent/guardian booking requests from the Home app in Office.

It would also be great if parents can see their individual childs room availability ONLY when casual bookings are on auto/parent book mode. We have multiple groups of the same age range so the age range rules dont work for our Service.
Can there also be a report that generates how many casual days have been sold for a specific date range?

Freshwater Outside School Hours Care
I would like to be able to control of the rooms and fee that's parents are allowed to book via the app. Even once I have made fees 'office use only' booking request still come through with that fee and for rooms which we no longer use but I was told we are unable to archive or make inactive.

Can we please be given the option to limit how far into the future parents can make casual bookings, eg. only up to two weeks. We are struggling with being able to ensure we can offer permanent places to families when they are available as parents are able to book in advance while we are organising to fill an empty place.

I would LOVE to make it simpler for casual before/after school care bookings. Currently i have to go in each day for each child, go to a stupid drop down box for a start and finish time which takes ages. why can't it simply be book in for before school care, rather than fussing with the times?
