CCS Entitlement Changes in Arrears
T
Tash Veiman
Currently, changes to CCS Entitlements that impact historical weeks are not being surfaced through the Office notification bell.
This limits administrator visibility of changes that may affect previously processed financial accounts, meaning administrators may not be aware when historical CCS Entitlements have changed and require review.
This also impacts State Kinder funding, as changes to historical CCS Entitlements are not being reflected in the corresponding State Kinder payment calculations within Office.
As a result, discrepancies can occur between updated CCS Entitlements, State Kinder payments and family account balances as they relate to historical weeks.
Required enhancement
CCS Entitlement changes affecting historical weeks should trigger a notification within the Office notification bell.
This would:
- Improve administrator visibility of historical CCS Entitlement changes.
- Alert administrators when previously processed financial accounts may be impacted.
- Ensure State Kinder payments are recalculated and updated to reflect changes to the underlying CCS Entitlements.
