Hi All - we are at the stage of development where we are looking for beta testers for CCS submission error reporting. It's a great chance to provide feedback on the feature and try it out before we release to the rest of the Xplor customer base. If you would like to participate, please click this link: https://forms.gle/6KywRx82RQREdQK57

This is a great report but will appreciate if it's on Service level as well. If you have many services; it's time consuming to filter and email to each service as it's as report is on Provider level only.

Xplor Team Should this be merged with this suggestion: Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Notifications for Admins
Will - Xplor
Aleisha Hudson: Hi Aleisha, for now, these two features will remain separate as work that we would complete around notifications would happen separately to any work for reporting.
We'll take both into consideration in regards to any CCS work that would be completed.

I agree that this function would be valuable to assist services in being made aware of failed submissions in a timely manner. This will enable the errors to be rectified more promptly.

This would also include failed submissions rather than having to go to the Master Roll and Scroll to see if CCS has been finalised

It is imperative to catch mistakes quickly especially with ccs

This would be very helpful to catch errors before they become months old
