Comms Centre Email FROM

Can emails that are sent out from the Comms Post option please be sent by the Centre and not Xplor (parents are less likely to read emails that don't have our centre name)

Fully agree. We need this change ASAP. Meantime, it would be helpful to introduce something like: Xplor on behalf of 'My centre's name'.

When sending out comms to families, there is no option to tag families by day. You need to tag everyone, but it would be great if we could tag by days. so only send communication for Friday parents ect.

yes we find parents are not reading them as they don't know they are coming from our service.

I agree with this. Parents ignore emails unless they're from my email as they think its advertising etc and not important information

Agreed. Parents completely disregard any email that isn't clearly from our Centre.

Agree 110%! Parents see emails from Xplor and disregard them. We use PCSchools (now called FACTS) at our school and when we email from this data base, the email goes out with the teachers email, not a generic email. Parents respond more if it's from a persons email address.

And for OSHC - families by session Monday Before School Care, Thursday After School Care etc
