When sending emails to families via the Comms Centre, there is currently no way to select contacts based on bookings for a specific future date.
The only option available is to select contacts for children who have a booking today.
This creates difficulties when trying to send targeted communications, as messages must either be sent manually or sent to all enrolled families, which can cause confusion and unnecessary emails.
This functionality is essential for situations such as sending reminders for a specific Vacation Care day, advising families to bring items from home, or notifying them about dress-up days or special activities.
Ideally, the system would allow contacts to be filtered and selected based on children who have bookings on a chosen date or date range, ensuring that communications are sent only to families who are actually attending on that day and improving overall efficiency and clarity.
