Would be great to have a re-occurring post feature as well so you can (for example) schedule an upcoming direct debit notice for families each week/fortnight so you don't have to manually post the notice for each scheduled payment.

Ability to schedule delivery of parent communication (office comms centre) ie newsletters, photo notifications etc at approx 7.30pm in the evening so as parents have the opportunity to read them. This will enable better communication between the Centre and parents and parents will not miss important correspondence. Many thanks Kim

This is a great way of being able to organise releases ahead of time or not being stressed about an emergency getting in the way of a scheduled release like Vacation Care Programs or Pupil Free Day bookings for OSHC's. I can't organise important information when I'm away and rely instead on someone ese or being able to access the system.

I used to use the schedule send gesture on or email account all the time to be able to draft emails in advance and then have them automatically sent to families on the date chosen. It would be very useful to be able to have this feature on xplor when using the comms centre to communicate with families.

This would be extremely handy. I often create posts late at night and don't want to submit it in case parents have their notifications on and it wakes them up. I could then schedule for a decent hour without having to remember to go and submit the drafts that I created - especially when the mornings are always hectic and time can get away from you.

I would find this so great! I regularly schedule emails (through Gmail) and Facebook posts for our families but would be really great if we could schedule comms centre posts at the same time.
