Daily Dietary and Allergy Report

Hi I would like to request that we can access all children who are attending the service on the day including casuals a report for allergy and dietary requirements. We are a large service 240 children per afternoon and have numerous children with dietary and allergy requirements which we would like to check against our menu for each afternoon and morning. Is this possible

it would be really helpful if we can access medical history for children per week or day . So it easy to arrange medication bag , Plan Afternoon menu and other wise its very hard to wait for the next day to see the children history .

Make a seperate Access to medical history like asthma , allery or Anaphyaxis for a day and a week so we can prepare in advance and can printout early.
OSHC
Yes please, this is critical for OSHC services who have a large number of children attending on different days. We need to notify the Kitchen at least a day prior of any special meals to be prepared. Was hoping in our move from Qikkids to Xplor that this would have been a straight forward Roll Book report once we had populated the 'Dietary' field in the Child's profile.

This would be an amazing quick view of allergies. Especially for casual staff that don't know the children or their allergies. To be able to print an "Allergy Roll" off for each room in the morning would be a very handy tool. Especially for parents wanting to bring in cupcakes etc for their child's birthday.

We have an allergy and health needs chart we created. This should be accessible to all staff.
