The Playground app doesn’t feel secure. All educators seem to have access to documentation and posts from every room, not just their own. The opening dashboard is quite messy – everyone’s posts are visible, which can be confusing and overwhelming.

It would be better if educators could only access their own classroom’s posts and documentation on their dashboard. Also, it’s concerning that documents from other educators can be shared with parents – I believe only the authorised educator should be able to share their documents.

Overall, the documentation is very disorganised. Everything is scattered, and it takes a long time to create program templates or complete analyses and learning stories, especially when they all require separate formats. Why can’t we have one streamlined document that includes the program, reflection, and analysis together?

Additionally, the medication forms are frustrating – once something is typed in by mistake, it can’t be edited or deleted.
