Sometimes staff make mistakes on incident reports, it would be helpful if admin had the ability to make edits or add more details after they're signed. It could send the parent another notification to say there is an update afterwards. Would also be good if admin could remove draft enrolments in case of errors. There was an error with the app causing our incident reports to save duplicates and now there is no way to remove them.

Ability for Nominated Supervisor to override the lock out on a signed Incident Form to fix errors, incorrect signatures, incorrect spelling etc. We have forms that have been incorrectly filled out and signed that we cannot correct. These will now be non compliant when reviewed by the Department.

Is it possible for the incident reports to stay in draft form until they are signed by the parent. Situations can escalate and additional information may be necessary or mistakes (we are human afterall) can be corrected.

This would be a very helpful feature. We have a manager/Admin Staff member look over all reports before going to families, so would love to have this feature in place.

There are literally tens of feature requests with accumulatively hundreds of votes, all asking for improvements to incident forms, allot of them are repeated requests. It is a legal requirement for centres to be on top of Incident Forms in multiple ways, that would greatly benefit from some software tweaks. It would be great if Xplor would make this a priority.
