Incident Reports Improvements, collation of all the feature requests
closed

There are literally tens of feature requests with accumulatively hundreds of votes, all asking for improvements to incident forms, allot of them are repeated requests. It is a legal requirement for centres to be on top of Incident Forms in multiple ways, that would greatly benefit from some software tweaks. It would be great if Xplor would make this a priority.
Can we please get an update on how Xplor is working on this?
Ability to edit completed incident reports - 15+13+8+9= 45 votes
Notifications for Centre when an incident report is missing signatures - 19+17= 36 votes
Notifications for parents when an incident report is missing signatures - it seems this aspect is being dealt with, see this post and all of the merged posts.
Ability to interact with Incident Reports in the centre as a whole (a dashboard, reports, printing etc.) - 17+18+11+20+7+7+8+7+15= 110 votes
Ability to create and sign incident reports for children that are not signed in - 19 votes
OTHER: 11+7+6+13+11+10 = 58 votes

Thank you for collating all these posts. Many of these have been completed in releases since 2020 and we have merged and organised the others listed so that a more accurate vote count can be tallied!

Incident reports should have a feature for NS/RP signature. They also need a specific space for monitoring of children who have received a head injury in ten minute intervals for 30 minutes.

The current Incident Report is not suitable for advising parents of an incident their child has been involved in (that is, they have been the perpetrator not the victim). Is it possible to have a 'not applicable' button as an option to selecting a specific injury? The report could then be completed for 'the perpetrator' also.

Can we please have the following details included in the Incident Reports: Ratio -; Number of Children Present; and Educators present. We are currently typing all of this information into the "Additional Comments" section, but it would be quicker and more user friendly if educators could just fill in the details. Also, could we please have the ability to return to an incident report and complete follow up information if needed. e.g. a parent calls to advise of the outcome of a medical visit etc. related to the incident. this should be documented on the original incident report.
Ideally, it would be best to make it only admin access in Playground

Could you please add the following options to the incidents
* Physical conflict ( as in one child has scratched/ hit etc another)
* Vomiting (not necessarily Gastro)
* Soiled underwear (this is for children who are no longer in nappies but have had a bathroom incident)
* Fall
* Insect Bite / Sting
* Absconded (child has run away from a group outside of the centre / on an excursion)
Also please ensure that the incident reports also filter through to the Xplor Office as well as Xplor Playground as we are a centre that does not use playground web

MUST be able to add additional notes to finalised incident reports.
- Incident report must be finalised for the parent to have access in their app. Import for them to have that reference incase they need to see a medical professional.
- If the documented injury escalates, or parents see a doctor regarding the injury, regs state we must document this information and attach to the original incident report. If it turns our there is a broken bone ect. we must report to ACECQA and submit a report with this information.
Currently the advise Xplor help chat provides is "we can delete the report and you can create a new one with the original incident date and add the extra information".
This is suuuuuuper not compliant and I don't think Xplor should be advising services to do this.

Instead of all the extras maybe just another tab that says ‘other’ that allows you to write in something specific to your situation

Completely agree. Xplor, what is happening with this?

Whiz Kidz Baulkham Hills: Some of these issues have been addressed with the reports dashboard, accessible via Playground

Let's bump this up the ladder by merging all of our voices - vote here: https://xplor.canny.io/feature-requests/p/incident-reports-improvements-collation-of-all-the-feature-requests
