We would like to request
-In the Incident Records section that the date of the incident form be displayed next to the incident (e.g. Bruise 30.10.19). Making it easy to identify rather then searching through all the forms if trying to locate a particular incident form .
- In the Incident Record section that there is an alert next to the incident form (eg. a symbol, or different colour wording) showing that the incident form requires a signature. Something that is easily spotted for staff to identify if someone hasn't signed the form
- Would still like to see Incident Forms be displayed in Xplor Office for the corresponding child.

We've added a new Report section in Playground Web to easily access and filter incident reports. We've also enabled better printing functionality so that fields/sections are not clipped by page breaks.
We'll additionally be doing some work very soon in Playground App to make incident reports more accessible and easy-to-find.

As the Nominated Supervisor, I also like to sign off on the reports, so that I'm aware of all incidents that occur in the centre. I've been currently using the Witness signature section to do this.
Would it be possible to have the Report show that the Witness Signature section has been left blank? And/or include a section for the Nominated Supervisor/Director/Manager to sign off on the incident reports? (WITHOUT having to go each individual child's health incidents, on the specific day on the Playground APP?)

Angela Watson Krystal Rose There are literally tens of feature requests with accumulatively hundreds of votes, all asking for improvements to incident forms, allot of them are repeated requests. It is a legal requirement for centres to be on top of Incident Forms in multiple ways, that would greatly benefit from some software tweaks. It would be great if Xplor would make this a priority.

This would make it so much easier for Educators to be on top of the Incident Records in their Room to ensure they are all signed correctly.

I would like to add
1) We can only see the last five reports, we should be able to pull all up.
2) In addition to a symbol showing that the form requires a signature, please can we get a notification on both Playground and Office and/or a way to see ALL missing signatures for the Room at a glance in either Dashboard or Medical Health List.
3) YES! maybe as some sort of live Incident Records widget on the Dashboard.
