Enable 'Additional Notes' in Incident Report after signing

As an Educator, I may need record notes after speaking to parents at the end of the day, or if something new comes up, and I want to keep it all together. Incident Reports have a section at the end of the form 'Additional Notes' that gets disabled after you sign the report. It would be nice if that section stayed open so we could keep all notes regarding this incident in one place, the report.

YES PLEASE. We had an incident where the parent refused to sign and we were unable to add additional notification comments. If we could at least have the ability to add notes to the bottom section until parent signs!

Agreed!! We just had an incident where the school has had a follow up meeting with us regarding WHS follow up, and the parent has informed us of the outcome of their visit to the doctor. These are all bits of information that is required for reporting serious incidents and it would be very helpful to be able to add these notes after the report has been signed.
You have to sign the document for the parent to have access in their app, which is helpful for their visit to the doctor but how do we as educators then document the outcome of the doctors visit for official reporting?

Agreed - being able to add additional comments after the event are important. A child may have become ill overnight, attended the GP or ER and then we need to add additional comments for record keeping purposes. Sometimes it is not notifiable to ECRU but when things change after the event then it is.

I agree. This is frustrating as we now have to print reports to edit or add additional notes.

AR There are literally tens of feature requests with accumulatively hundreds of votes, all asking for improvements to incident forms, allot of them are repeated requests. It is a legal requirement for centres to be on top of Incident Forms in multiple ways, that would greatly benefit from some software tweaks. It would be great if Xplor would make this a priority.

Agree. Very hard to use at the moment with the entire form being disabled when signed.
