this is incredibly important to get sorted we need one place to record incidents - at present we need 2 due to xplor not handling after sign out

I agree. Majority of the parents sign their child out before going to the yard/room and they cant sign the incident form. Very frustrating for the staff as they seem to always be chasing after parents.

Play and Learn Bismark St: While incident records cannot be created for signed out children, incident records
can
be signed by parents after the child has been signed out. You can access a complete list of all Incident Records from the button on the dashboard (see screenshot below). From that screen you can filter by Unsigned, Draft, and Completed. Tap any record in the Unsigned tab and open it for parent/witness signature at any time.Gan Gabi Admin
littlechampionschildcare There are literally tens of feature requests with accumulatively hundreds of votes, all asking for improvements to incident forms, allot of them are repeated requests. It is a legal requirement for centres to be on top of Incident Forms in multiple ways, that would greatly benefit from some software tweaks. It would be great if Xplor would make this a priority.

Some familes are signing their children out in our centre's foyer on the HUB, and when they arrive at the room, they aren't able to sign the incident forms on Playground anymore.

yes this needs to be updated. So painful when you miss a parent before they sign their child out.
