As a Service, I not only want to make sure all incident records are filled out correctly, I want to be able to see patterns to reflect on and try mitigate them in the future.

Some questions I would like to be able to answer easily through patterns.

a) Are incidents happening around a certain time or day?

b) Is a certain child getting hurt / hurting others regularly?

It would also be great for overview where the Admin or EL could easily look over and approve records before being sent out.
