HI Dianne, in the absences of another solution l did the following; l created a room called Staff, each of our rooms has a Centre email address for parents to send photos etc, l linked these email addresses to a demo child and parent e.g. Demo Nursery and then added the child to the Staff Room, l can now message the rooms individually or as a group and it goes directly to their inbox, l also include them in Comms to families so they can stay up to date with Centre news and we can tag each other in Playground to share ideas, documents, etc. We already had Demo children for management so we could download the app and see what parents see and it helps to explain when you can show them on your own phone. Best of all everything is linked to the centre and not staff's personal emails so less hassle when staff leave as no need to change anything as its all set up in Office by admin.

Yes, the lack of this feature is holding our centre back from potentially switching to Playground (as well as Office).
