The difficulty with families who are already registered at other centres makes keeping waiting lists tricky. Most people want to place their name on several centres lists and when an email address is already noted elsewhere it makes communication very tricky.

Whoever decided to make the Unique Key of a parent across a whole platform their email address has no idea about software development. The unique key should be a generated number that is unique such as the parent ID which should include a service prefix to distinguish them from other services parent IDs.

YES! The contact list is AWFUL!!!! A better version (not in CSV/Excel format would be preffered, such as a PDF).

I find this to be the worst feature on xplor. It is terrible and needs to be removed.
