Please make an email that automatically gets sent to parents when their CCS is not paid to the service for the week, telling them to contact us or Centerlink.
We have had multiple parents whose CCS is showing on their statement but is not being paid to the service and we have no way sending a document to the parent to prove this is the case.
CCS is only showing as an estimate and then dropping off their statement after 3 weeks, thus making their fees higher. An early warning of this sent to parents would save so much time and headache.
