Emergency List

We are an OSHC service so our children are all over the place and can move between areas when wanting to. It would be great if there was a way to have multiple educators using the same emergency drill list and a way to check the drill list on the iPad so we can ensure all children are present and accounted for (we only have one 'room' being before or after school care). The way it is currently, you have to check the reports on the computer and compare them to ensure all children were accounted for. This is a VERY lengthy process and in an emergency that is not good.

Emergency List Report (not emergency contacts)

After completing an “Emergency List” during an emergency such as a fire evacuation, the report which is generated can only be viewed or downloaded by the web version of Playground.
It would be great if we could access these reports as summaries (as well as others including a summary of nappy changes, sleep checks, sunscreen application and headcounts) via the Playground App.
Also when downloading a report after completing an emergency evacuation, although the app only shows children/staff/visitors who are signed in at the time when completing the headcount, the report generated and downloaded as a .csv file shows all enrolled children and not just those who were present at the time. This seems rather pointless and it would be great if the report would just reflect what was recorded through the “Emergency List” procedure.

Would be great to be able to link emergency contacts for siblings as you can with parents

Emergency Contact Relationship

Please include the Emergency Contact's "Relationship" to the child on Playground. In the Parent/Guardian section it has the relationship field, but it is not there for Emergency Contacts which makes it difficult to identify who exactly we are looking at (Aunt, Grandparent, Friend etc.)

Yes this would be good or even just a way to add emergency contacts to sibling groups rather than individually

We are in the same boat an have had to create a different system for emergency drills because it is not practice at such a large OSCH service to either have all children marked on the same iPad, or take a laptop to an evacuation point to pull the report and manually account for each child.
