End CCS enrolment when child ceases care

It would be good if CCS enrolments could be automatically ceased at the same time the enrolment for care officially ends (and the child becomes inactive). This would save having to search for current CCS enrolments linked to inactive children. Waiting for 14 weeks for the enrolment to automatically cease causes issues with CCS debts being raised well after the family has left.

Or a report showing children that have ended care on an absence. Qikkids has this report, so it can be addressed then and there

I'd prefer to have a choice with this as if a family leave with absences at the end of the enrolment, having those 14 weeks in which to encourage them to return to care for a final attendance, could save the family a lot of money and/or prevent a large debt. If the Enrolment was automatically ended, you'd lose that option.
