We would greatly benefit from a fully integrated digital excursion authorisation process within Xplor. The ability to create excursion forms that capture all information required under the Education and Care Services Regulations, and allow parents/guardians to provide a digital signature directly in the app, would significantly improve compliance and reduce administration.

It would also be valuable to have authorisation status visible on excursion rolls, clearly identifying which children have and have not received permission, with the ability to automatically send reminders to families with outstanding authorisations.

For OSHC and Vacation Care services, this would eliminate paper forms, reduce double handling, provide a single source of truth, and make excursion management far more efficient.

Yes an excursion form would be great. For OSHC settings families can make app bookings for school holidays, but if there is an excursion on their selected dates we have to follow up and get a paper form signed anyway, so we are double handling the bookings that are made on the app. Being able to send through an excursion form would fix this.
